Overview
The RICE-SI Program is Ropheka Foundation's flagship three-year initiative (2026–2028) designed to deliver holistic, integrated support to the most vulnerable populations in Ghana. Through targeted interventions in healthcare, education, skills training, psychosocial support, and social reintegration, the program addresses the intersecting challenges faced by women and girls, the elderly, and prisoners/ex-offenders. Our goal is to promote healing, restore dignity, and create pathways to sustainable self-reliance.
